On Sunday 23rd September the “drift circuit” at Northamptonshire’s Santa Pod Raceway will host Round 4 of the Scooby Sprint Championship. This event allows road-legal Subarus to go head-to-head against each other, as well as some of the most extreme Subarus in the world. What’s amazing is that you can take part yourself! There’s no need for a competition license or race suit – all you need is a Helmet, £65 entry fee and, of course, a Subaru!
The event takes place on a sprint course laid out using cones, similar in style to the famous Ken Block gymhana courses. Whether you are driving a standard road-going Subaru or a fully prepared WRC car, there are classes for all levels at this event.
If you want to simply enjoy the action and meet over 1,000 fellow Subaru fans then it’s only £10 on the door. Under 15’s get in free if they’re accompanied by a paying adult.
