About the Audi SQ8 e-tron
The Audi SQ8 e-tron is the all-electric version of the Audi SQ8 and delivers all the attributes of its combustion-engine cousin but with zero emissions when driving. The performance of the four-wheel drive SQ8 e-tron Sportback doesn’t disappoint, with 0-62mph arriving in just 4.5 seconds, a capped top speed of 130mph, and 496bhp produced from three electric motors. Another major attraction of the SQ8 e-tron is the bigger battery compared to older SQ8’s which boosts capacity from 95kWh to 106kWh, delivering a healthy range increase from 223 miles on a charge up to 290 miles. Not only does the SQ8 e-tron go further than before, but it also boasts a faster charging time. A 170kW peak enables a 10% to 80% charge in around 31 minutes at high-speed DC public charging stations.
The luxurious interior of the SQ8 e-tron oozes quality and features leather sports seats, LED lighting, head-up display, Bang & Olufsen stereo, and Audi’s Virtual Cockpit Plus. All technology is well integrated, while outside virtual mirrors and 21-inch standard alloy wheels set off the SQ8 e-tron’s stylish looks. Despite a larger battery, there is still plenty of space in the 528-litre boot (Sportback) which is bigger than most of its competitors, including the Mercedes EQC.
