The NX is a compact SUV which was introduced in August 2014 and it sits below the mid-size RX in the Lexus SUV family. Allegedly the NX name stands for Nimble Crossover.
In the UK we have the NX 300h hybrid which has a 178bhp 2.5-litre petrol engine together with a 141bhp electric motor mated to a CVT automatic box. The NX is in the same sector as the likes of the Audi Q5, BMW X3 and the Range Rover Evoque and has a UK starting price from £33,319
All NX models feature a 10.3in screen, CD player, digital radio, Sat-Nav and USB and Bluetooth connectivity. They also receive a five-star out of five Euro NCAP rating and get automatic emergency braking as standard.
