About the Polestar 1
The Polestar 1 is a limited-production run performance car from Volvo’s partnership that impresses drivers with a range of modern features. This includes clever technology (such as carbon fibre body work, torque vectoring motors, and active dampers to name a few) and produces 601bhp at 6,000rpm (combined).
The is the first model is a plug-in hybrid with three electric motors, two of which power the rear wheels and a petrol engine driving the front wheels. Combined, they generate 600 hp and a torque of 1000 Nm. In pure electric mode, you can be silently transported up to 80 miles on a single charge.
