BMW is rumoured to produce an even more hardcore BMW M3 after their recent win at the Nurburgring 24hrs.
Although it was just a rumour but a thread on the BMW website forum mentioned that the new car, which could be called the M3 GTS-R, might be the final hurrah for the current BMW M3.
It is expected that the BMW GTS-R will get all the features of the M3 GTS including the lightweight side windows and adjustable carbon fibre rear spoiler. A carbon fibre bonnet and rear boot lid and a double-lip front spoiler pumped-up rear arches will all be added.
The BMW GTS-R is said to be getting a matt black paint job rather than the GTS's striking orange paintwork.
