Driving a vehicle having failed to notify a disability (LC40) could result in you getting points on your license. Some people are not aware that if they develop a disability that they must notify their insurers.

If convicted, your LC40 endorsement remains on your driver’s licence for 4 years from the date of the offence. In addition, you will receive 3-6 points on your license. If you acquire 12 or more points within 3 years, you will also be banned from driving.
