Approved used warranty cover for Porsche has been extended to two years. As of 1st June, all used Porsches bought under the revised Porsche Approved will now get a two-year warranty that covers all labour and material costs of all components in the engine, body, air conditioning/heating, electrics, transmission/drive assembly, steering/suspension, brake system and fuel system/cooling system.
The warranty is fully transferable if your car is being sold within the time period, whether you sell your car privately or back to a Porsche dealer.
More than two-thirds of all old Porsche cars are still on the road. So it is about time that Porsche put a lot of faith in the longevity of their products and give its owners a decent used warranty.
