The new Porsche Boxster Spyder is the third model in the Boxster range. Its is the lightest car in the Porsche range, and offers a reduction of 80 kilos from the kerbweight at 1275kg. The all new Carrera GT- styled look provides a sportier classic Porsche image.
With a 3.5 Litre 316bhp flat-six engine & six speed manual gearbox, it offers a 0-62mph of 5.1seconds, taking you to a top speed of 124mph. There are lower side windows, a new front bumper with LED lights, a high-level third brake light, and a larger fixed rear spoiler. This all assists with the reduction of weight and greater performance. The interior of the spyder is also reduced is weight, with the omission of radio, (which is optional), air-con, cup holders & door pockets. This all contributes to a sportier look & feel that the Spyder provides.
