Aston Martin Entered a Third Car Entry for Le Mans

It has been confirmed that Aston Martin has entered a third Gulf-liveried 'works' entry for Le Mans. Also, they've announced that the third new driver, Stuart Hall, will join Anthony Davidson and Jos Verstappen in their nine-strong driver line-up.

The trio of blue and orange Aston Martin racing cars will be competing in this year's official LMP1 campaign, possibly the toughest and most famous race in the world.

Both former F1 drivers, Anthony Davidson and Jos Verstappen, have little experience at Le Mans. Verstappen won his class in an LMP2 Spyder last year while Davidson drove for Prodrive at the 24hrs in 2003. Hall has more required experience after having raced LMP1 cars for the last two years at Le Mans.
